We set it all up, and when the party’s over, we return to whisk it away. No laundry, no clutter, no cleanup required.

The Fortress

A massive 16ft (5M) weatherproof canvas Bell Tent. It’s not just a room; it’s a private clubhouse that keeps the magic in and the weather out.

The Sleep

Real Mattresses. No Airbeds. We use high-density memory foam so they sleep soundly (and so do you). Includes plush duvets and fresh, fluffy pillows.

The Styling

We set the mood with battery-operated fairy lights, warm lanterns, and themed bunting. It looks like a movie set the moment the sun goes down.

The Safety

All linens are professionally laundered at high heat. All lighting is LED and battery-powered (no trip hazards).

Your private theater under the stars. Includes:

  • Everything in Tier 1, PLUS:

  • Outdoor Cinema Setup: A large professional screen and a high-definition projector.

  • Cozy Outdoor Seating: 6x large, plush bean bags with thick, fuzzy blankets and pillows.

  • Popcorn Machine: A vintage-style popcorn maker for the full cinema experience.

  • Sound System & Streaming Stick: Everything you need to connect and play your favorite movies.

  • Warm Atmosphere: String lights and lanterns create an inviting outdoor movie zone.

Tier 3: The Complete Birthday Party

Price: $1,095 Plus delivery & professional setup (fees vary by location)

This is the complete party package, transforming your backyard into an Instagram-worthy event space with a dedicated boho lounge and celebration area. Includes:

  • Everything in Tier 2, PLUS:

  • Boho Picnic Lounge: One low wooden picnic tables on warm rugs with an assortment of floor cushions and poufs.

  • Table Scaping: Beautiful warm-toned table runners, dried floral centerpieces, candles, and full place settings.

  • Celebration Station: A warm-glowing "Happy Birthday" neon sign on an easel for perfect photos.

  • Extra Coziness: Abundant sheepskin rugs and warm throws are provided for the picnic area.

Service Area & Setup Rates

Fees include professional setup and next-day breakdown.

  • Zone 1 (0-15 miles from Santa Monica HQ): $75 Flat Fee

  • Zone 2 (16-30 miles from Santa Monica HQ): $125 Flat Fee

  • Zone 3 (31-45 miles from Santa Monica HQ): $200 Flat Fee

  • Live further out? Contact us for a custom quote.

Surface & Access Requirements

  • Grass Setup (Standard): Included. We use heavy-duty stakes to secure the tent.

  • Hard Surface Setup (Concrete/Turf/Patio): +$100.

    • Why? We cannot stake into concrete or artificial turf. This fee covers the rental and labor of transporting 500lbs+ of sandbags/weights to safely secure the tent against wind.

  • Stairs/Difficult Access: +$50.

    • Note: If your setup area is more than 50 yards from where our van can park, or requires carrying gear up flights of stairs, this labor fee applies.

The Setup. Our Magic Crew arrives to transform your backyard and set the scene for an unforgettable night. We handle everything.

Sunset & Glow. As the sun goes down, the ambient lights twinkle on. The atmosphere is set - time for treats and excitement!

6:00 pm

The Main Event. Settle in for your adventure. Whether it's movies under the stars or giggles inside the tent, the night is yours to enjoy.

The Breakdown. We return to pack everything up. You don't lift a finger.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • The Short Answer: For the Glamp-Out, we need a flat grass area of at least 22 x 22 feet.

    The Details: Our bell tents are massive (16.5 feet wide), and we require about 2-3 feet of clearance on all sides for the guy ropes and staking. The ground must be real grass (no artificial turf or concrete) to safely anchor the tent.

    For the Outdoor Cinema, we need a flat surface (grass or patio) with a distance of at least 12 feet between the projector and the screen to get that crisp 100-inch image.

  • The Short Answer: We have a strict "Hospital-Grade" cleaning protocol. Nothing is reused without professional laundering.

    The Details: Hygiene is our obsession. After every single event, all linens (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases) are professionally laundered at high heat. All hard surfaces, tray tables, and lanterns are steam-sanitized. We do not use "wipe down" sleeping bags; every guest gets fresh hotel-quality bedding.

  • The Short Answer:

    • For Sleepovers: No.

    • For Cinema: Yes.

    The Details:

    • Sleepovers: To keep your yard safe and trip-free, all our tent lighting (fairy lights and lanterns) is battery-operated. You don't need to run any dangerous extension cords across the lawn.

    • Cinema Club: We require access to one standard outdoor outlet within 50 feet of the setup area to power the HD projector and sound system. We bring the heavy-duty safety cables.

  • The Short Answer: We offer a flexible "Rain Check" policy.

    The Details: While our bell tents are weatherproof and waterproof, we want your kids to have a magical experience, not a muddy one. We monitor the forecast closely. If significant rain or high winds are predicted 24 hours before your event, we will work with you to reschedule for a future date at no penalty. Safety is always our final call.

  • The Short Answer: No, we set the stage, and you host the party.

    The Details: Think of us as your magical roadies. We arrive, set up the entire village, style the interiors, and ensure all tech is working perfectly. Once we hand over the "keys" (and the popcorn!), we leave so you can enjoy your private family time. We return the next morning at 11:00 AM to pack everything up.
